A graduate from Arizona State University (ASU) with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Criminal Justice & Criminology, Conchita gained extensive cross-border law experience working as an immigration paralegal for Karina Ordonez, a renowned U.S. Immigration lawyer and Arizona State University Law Professor based in Phoenix, Arizona. During her tenure at Karina Ordonez Law Office, Conchita engaged in business development, issue spotting, and drafting correspondence for submission to the U.S. Consulate and local Southern Border Ports of Entry. She also gained extensive experience working U.S. customs seizure cases, deportation cases, and complex border refusals & wrongful consular visa denials.

Conchita also gained significant experience assisting clients in securing travel documents, work authorization, and employment visas for Mexican nationals working abroad and has developed an uncommon knack for identifying solutions for the nuances of doing international business.
